I had heard about Brett from a friend of mine. My friend, a home builder, was selling a house and Brett was the buyer’s agent. Brett was the consummate professional. I interviewed a number of agents for the sale of my house and chose Brett because my sense was he was the most honest and straightforward of the agents I met. Brett Combs is a terrific agent. When first meeting, it was apparent he was most interested in strategically marketing our Del Mar home, not just listing it. His approach stood out and was reflected in the presentation of the home through “staging” recommendations, outstanding pictures and a narrated video which included a sweeping overhead panorama of where the house sat above the ocean in Del Mar. Brett created a standalone website for the home which allowed prospective buyers the opportunity to explore it in greater detail before they visited and review what they had seen after a visit. It was a great marketing tool. All showed the house beautifully and insured buyers could both see and “feel” the house.
